About Me

Hi! I’m Dóri, a Vaishnava yoga master, as well as a mother of two and a wife.
I used to work in marketing and spent 14 years at multinational companies.
I know what it’s like to do sedentary work, live in the rat race, and deal with constant stress.

This is what set me on the path toward yoga back in 2009, when I first encountered it.
Today, I have 16 years of active yoga practice and 7 years of teaching experience behind me…

In 2013, I began my first spine yoga teacher training at Mandala Yoga Studio.
Later, I became a Vaishnava yoga master in 2017 through Hungary’s only accredited three-year college program at the Bhaktivedanta Theological College.

I also took part in the highly authentic trainings of Sarasvati Yoga Studio (including vinyasa krama yoga, prenatal and baby-mom yoga teacher courses), and completed Bene Máté’s therapeutic spine training, fascia therapy, and human kinesiology programs.

I’d love to help you too — if you’re reading this, you’re probably searching for something.

  • If you’re feeling stressed, I can help you learn how to meditate.
  • If you have a sedentary job or limited range of motion, I can teach you how to practice asanas correctly.
  • If you’re constantly exhausted and tired, I can teach you how to breathe properly and relax.
  • If you often have pain in your lower back, upper back, or neck, I can teach you how to sit, stand, walk, and practice asanas correctly.

Of course, you’re a key part of this process — because if one or more of the things above apply to you, it means you need a change. And that change can only come from you.
But I can guide you along the way and support you in building new habits.

Through regular weekly practice, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation, I’ll help you develop a more flexible, stronger, and healthier body, a balanced nervous system, and reduce stress.
